Every event is as unique as snowflake!
So every package we offer will be based on the details you provide. Below is a general guideline to how we build a package designed specifically for you.
Private Events
There is a $150 base fee that gets the wheels rolling. This fee is due as a deposit once the Truck has been booked.
For SNOW only events, we offer one size of SNOW (clients choice) and recommend offering 10 flavors for guests to enjoy. The client will be charged on a per snow basis at the end of the event. Please note that we require a minimum of 30 SNOWS for any event.
For Full Menu events we offer SNOWs, SHAKEs, and MIXes. Contact us for current pricing.
Public Events
We require a sales minimum for any event where guests are paying for themselves. As long as we reach the minimum, there is no charge to the client. If you do not reach the agreed upon amount, we require that the client makes up the difference. Minimums start at $300 and adjusts based on time, duration, and location of the event.
